30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back before receiving confirmation and instructions from us.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as West cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refund processing times are as follows:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds via other payment methods may vary but typically process within 7-14 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
